Acceptance

By requesting an audit, paying a confirmed fee, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not commission work or submit materials.

Services

We provide independent readings and written findings on application dossiers and related documents. We do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or guarantees of admission, scholarship, fellowship, or licence outcomes.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have permission to share all materials you submit, including referee letters. You remain responsible for the accuracy of facts in your applications and for meeting programme deadlines.

Intellectual property

Your application materials remain yours. Audit reports and annotated notes we produce are licensed to you for personal use in preparing the audited submission. You may not resell our reports or present them as programme feedback from the receiving institution.

Fees and informational pricing

Prices on this site are informational starting points. A binding fee is confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment instructions are issued separately; this site does not process payments.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including failed admissions or missed deadlines caused by late material delivery on your part.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction in Kyoto Prefecture shall have primary competence over disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
