How an application audit unfolds

A custom guide to the stages we use for dossier work: what you send, how we read, and when revision time must still remain on your calendar.

  1. Enquiry & scope. You tell us the programme, submission date, and file count. We confirm whether a full dossier audit, statement critique, completeness check, or reference review fits the remaining days.
  2. File intake. You send PDFs (or agreed formats) plus the official instructions. We acknowledge receipt within one business day and freeze the inventory list for that engagement.
  3. Independent reading. A senior auditor works through forms, statements, CV, and letters. Associates may verify checklist rows; findings are signed off by the lead reader.
  4. Written report. You receive ranked revisions, annotated notes where useful, and a go / revise recommendation. Full audits include a 45-minute follow-up call.
  5. Your revision window. You implement changes. Optional completeness re-check is available as a separate engagement if time remains before the portal closes.
